13.1 Suspension by jl576
jl576 may suspend a Member's Account immediately and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or has evidence of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; attempted manipulation of games or payment systems; or any conduct that may cause harm to jl576, its Members, or third parties.
13.2 Account Closure by jl576
Following investigation, jl576 may permanently close an Account and forfeit all balances where a Member has been found in material breach of these Terms, engaged in fraud, or violated applicable Philippine law. jl576 will provide a written notification of the closure decision and the general grounds for it to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements.
13.3 Account Closure by Member
A Member may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting jl576 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, the Member must have no active wagers pending, have completed all applicable wagering requirements, and have withdrawn all available Wallet balance. jl576 will process account closure requests within 5 business days of receipt.
13.4 Dormant Accounts
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jl576 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts as published in the fee schedule on the Platform, provided that the Wallet balance will never be reduced below zero as a result. Members with dormant accounts are encouraged to log in and withdraw any remaining balance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to jl576's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". jl576 undertakes to respond to formal disputes within 10 business days.
If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through jl576's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. By accepting these Terms, you agree to exhaust the internal process prior to escalation.
Where a dispute proceeds to formal legal proceedings, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
jl576 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — jl576 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on the Member's Account.
Amendments for legal compliance purposes, or those that are purely administrative and do not materially affect Member rights, may take effect immediately upon publication. The date at the top of these Terms will reflect the most recent revision.
